Lewis managed to fit in an emergency boiler problem for our holiday let in Cromer whilst also doing our Gas Safety Certificate. He came out later in the evening, having managed to source a new fan for the boiler and fit it. Friendly, professional and I’d recommend him anytime.”

“Lewis came over and quoted on removing the old boiler in the 2nd bedroom and moving it into the utility room. Lewis came in straight away and said that the job could be done without any major issues, also at the same time looked into the water pressure issue we had as well. We was provided a good list of quotes and a good price on all as well. Lewis came over and provided a fantastic service/install while keeping me up to date with what was going on and what was left to complete. “Lewis came out to do a boiler service for me earlier this year and has recently installed a Hive Thermostat as well and did a wonderful job. He is always polite and friendly. He does his absolute best to do the job he's asked while doing it efficiently and thoroughly. He answers his phone and messages swiftly, makes sure the job is to satisfaction and is always happy to clean up after himself. I wouldn't want to use another person for my plumbing needs. Absolutely outstanding service!”

“A really great experience from start to finish. Had a new boiler and completely new pipe work and radiators. Lewis listened to our requirements and did a really professional job.He and his workmate were polite and a pleasure to have in the house. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the end result is a really efficient heating system. The bungalow has never been this warm.”

“I was recommended Cromer heating and plumbing by a neighbour who is a retired plumber and I can see why, Lewis and Bradley were professional at all times, brilliant communication even messaging to say how many minutes it’d be before they arrived. I had a boiler that needed servicing and a toilet that needed fixing, Lewis did the boiler while Bradley fixed the toilet, both were polite, chatty (but got on with the work) and a pleasure to have engineers that got the job done whilst having a happy, friendly attitude. Would happily recommend them.”

“I have no hesitation recommending Holland plumbin and heating 100%. Lewis arrived 35 mins after my plea for help. He proceeded to fix my central heating problem in no time at all plus offering me advice on how to use it. My flat is now lovely and warm. 😊 Professional , efficient and very reasonable rates. “Hi had a leaking pipe in my kitchen and was not sure who to use to get me out of trouble. I rang this company and Lewis answered the phone and gave me advice, and as promised he turned up the following day, I was also impressed with the way he kept me updated if he was running a bit late. “My boiler died in December and after a couple of quotes from other people I tried Lewis. He responded quickly and helped with specifying an excellent reasonably priced boiler and controls. He also spent a long time talking to me about the installation which meant he identified a time-consuming issue to do with routing a new condensate pipe *before* the job started - an issue that nobody else had thought of. He and his apprentice were punctual, polite, wore PPE all day and respected distancing, and left the place clean and tidy. A big thanks for your work.”

Offered great suggestions to us about where things were best to go. Left Lewis with the key cause we were working as well and every day he would leave everything tidy and together so we could get on with decorating and other jobs we were doing when we got home without any issues. Would 100% recommend him to anyone we know.”
